Setup and test program for MCR4 & MCR8.

System requirements:
- Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Server/7 (32 or 64 bit)
- RS232 serial port for an MCR without USB
- USB port for an MCR with USB
(or either of them for an MCR with RS232+USB)
- FTDI VCP drivers for USB connection
(automatically installed on some Windows versions,
otherwise download via FTDI: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm )

Installation: not needed
Simply copy all the files in any directory,
and start the MCR-Tool.exe.

Usage: The program interface is largely self-explanatory.
- First press "ScanPorts", recognized COM ports are displayed,
select the right port with pull-down menu.
- Then press "Open Port" button.
- "Get Info" reads firmware version, type, and serial number,
if an MCR was detected at the appropriate COM port .

Important settings:
- Four different frequencies can be adjusted per slot,
with "Store Clocks" can be stored permanently.
- "SetTime" set the time (in seconds) which "separated" an MCR
after according a invalid RS232 host status.
(necessary for some Linux RS232 hosts to booting)
For USB devices, this function has no effect.

All other settings are used only for testing,
for example the card slots or LED matrix.
